How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add your item to the cart, and complete checkout. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and netbanking.
Do you ship outside Kerala?
Yes, we ship across India via India Post. We do not offer international shipping yet, but we are working on it.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 4–7 working days from the date of dispatch. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
My product looks slightly different from the photo. Is that normal?
Yes, and it is a feature, not a fault. All our products are handmade — slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are natural and part of what makes each piece unique. No two pieces are exactly alike.
What if I am not happy with my order?
Write to us at info@tinybridge.in within 24 hours of receiving your order. If the quality is not what you expected or you are unhappy for any reason, we will refund the full amount — no questions asked. Just share your feedback so we can improve.
Programmes & Experiences
How do I book a programme?
Go to Events & Programs, choose your programme, select a date from the dropdown menu, and complete payment. You will receive a booking confirmation email immediately with all the details you need.
Where do the programmes take place?
All programmes are held in Fort Kochi. The exact address and directions will be included in your booking confirmation email.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and your curiosity. All materials, tools, and equipment are provided unless stated otherwise in the programme description.
What if I did not enjoy the programme?
Write to us at info@tinybridge.in within 24 hours of attending. If the experience did not meet your expectations for any reason, we will refund the full amount — no questions asked. Your honest feedback is all we ask for in return, so we can improve for the next participant.
What if the programme is cancelled by Muziris Bazaar?
If we need to cancel a session for any reason, you will receive a full refund automatically. We will notify you as early as possible.
Is there a minimum age for programmes?
Most programmes are open to all ages. For children under 12, we recommend a parent or guardian accompany them.
Can I book for a group?
Yes! For group bookings of 5 or more, write to us at info@tinybridge.in and we will make the arrangements.

Who is behind Muziris Bazaar?
Muziris Bazaar is a community marketplace from Fort Kochi and Mattancherry, built to support local artisans and community makers. The people behind the products and experiences are the community members themselves.
Why do you share cost breakdowns on your products?
Because we believe you deserve to know where your money goes. Every rupee you spend at Muziris Bazaar goes directly to the artisans, the materials, and the operations that keep this community initiative alive. We have nothing to hide.
How does buying from Muziris Bazaar help the community?
Every product is made by hand by someone from the local community. Every programme fee goes to the facilitator running the session. There are no middlemen. Your purchase directly supports the person who made what you bought.
Will you be adding more products and programmes?
Yes — we are just getting started. More handmade products, more cultural experiences, and more makers from Fort Kochi and Mattancherry are coming soon.
