Our promise — no questions asked
We stand fully behind everything on Muziris Bazaar. If you are not happy with a product or an experience for any reason, we will refund you completely. No forms, no arguments, no hassle.
How it works
Simply write to us at info@tinybridge.in within 24 hours of receiving your product or attending your programme. Tell us what went wrong — not because we need a reason to refund you, but because your feedback helps us improve for the next person.
That is it. We will process your refund within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
For products
If the quality is not what you expected, if it arrived damaged, or if you simply changed your mind — write to us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will arrange a full refund. We may ask you to return the item, in which case we cover the return shipping.
For programmes & experiences
If you did not enjoy the experience for any reason — the session did not meet your expectations, you felt it was not worth what you paid, or anything else — write to us within 24 hours of attending. We will refund the full amount. Your honest feedback is the only thing we ask for in return, so we can make the next session better.
If we cancel a programme
If we need to cancel a session for any reason, you will receive a full refund automatically within 5–7 working days. We will notify you as early as possible.
