Kerala's pickles are not just condiments — they're memory, patience, and the knowledge of generations packed into a jar. Chef Jasentha Joy has spent years studying and cooking traditional Kerala flavours, and in this session she'll teach you how to make them yourself.
You'll learn to prepare traditional vegetable pickles using techniques and spice combinations passed down through Kerala kitchens. You'll go home with the recipe, the knowledge, and a jar of what you made.
